Automotoesfera is committed to preparing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation, depending on product availability.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier, the destination, and external factors (public holidays, strikes, weather conditions).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, volume of the package, and delivery address. The exact amount is displayed when validating the order.
Spare parts are shipped in reinforced cartons with protective packing materials. Engines and gearboxes are shipped on pallets, properly secured.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (consumers only)
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Mandatory procedure:
- Prior request via our contact form or by e-mail at: contact@automotoesfera.com. No return will be accepted without written validation from our customer service.
- After validation, return the items within 14 days, with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

24 rue des Fontenelles, 78920 Écquevilly, France - Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer. The risks associated with the return transport also remain the Customer’s responsibility.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unmounted, and undamaged.
- Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be kept intact and returned.
- Any item returned incomplete, damaged, dirty, or used will not be accepted.
Refund
After inspection of the returned products, Automotoesfera will issue a refund exclusively in the form of store credit/voucher usable on www.automotoesfera.com, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return (except where otherwise required by law).
In the event of a shipping error attributable to Automotoesfera or a proven non-conformity, return costs will be covered and either an exchange or an appropriate refund will be offered.
Exclusions
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, nor to used/refurbished parts that have been mounted or used, except in cases of proven defect or shipping error.
